What is the minimum amount of trustees and unit holders allowed?

A unit trust must have at least one trustee and one unit holder (they cannot be the same entity).

We allow up to 3 individual trustees or 1 corporate trustee to be included in the unit trust.

Up to 20 unit holders are permitted via our unit trust creation platform.

Legally, it is possible to include more trustees and/or unit holders however it becomes administratively extremely difficult to manage if more than this number are included.
